In Heinrich Schliemann’s winter office, the world of medals is presented. The need to capture the memory and projection of an event or person on a small metal surface will be elevated from the Renaissance era to a sophisticated art form. Historical events, rulers, personalities, buildings, cities, regions are depicted on the medals of the modern era, following the various artistic movements.
